Jean Sibelius, Symphonies No. 2, No. 1, and No. 3.

On 18 February 2016, I started keeping a list of all the new-to-me classical pieces I hear and like. Backstory: at that point I had been seriously listening to classical music for about five months and had only found one composer who I genuinely liked (Sibelius). I decided that needed to change.
